SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.  Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping:

USPS First Class – 3-7 business days

USPS Priority – 1-3 business days

International Shipping:*

We ship worldwide! USPS international shipping rates will vary depending on order weight and your location. Please allow 5-21 days for international orders to arrive. *All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs if the package is returned to due to insufficient mailing information. In certain situations international orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive once shipped depending on customs.  For First Class packages, the tracking number is only available through USPS.com until the time it leaves the United States.  Once your Package leaves the United States, tracking information will not be available.

Invalid Address/Missing Apt # - In the event we are unable to properly ship out your order due to missing or invalid information we will make (2) attempts to contact the customer. The first contact will be via email message. If no response is received back from the system message then a phone call will be initiated. If we do not receive a response, your order will be refunded. In the event any order is not received due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address the customer must pay for shipping charges a second time before Epiforce will re-ship the original order.

Final Sale Items - All final sale items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Out of stock – In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered we will issue a full refund for the missing product. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS 

Returns - You can return your items (excluding final sale items) for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund (minus shipping and discount/coupon codes). We allow 45 days for international returns. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Epiforce cannot guarantee that the product refund request will be honored.  Clothing returns will only be accepted if the original tags have not been removed.  Custom Epiforce products cannot be refunded.

Exchange - The customer will incur the costs to return all item(s) except for situations where the mistake is on our behalf.  If we made a mistake, then we will email a return label so that the incorrect products can be returned.  In the event an item is not available for exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Refunds - After receiving the returned item, upon approval Epiforce will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase amount minus shipping and any discount codes.
